Action can be defined as the performance of an activity or act, or the result of an activity that has been performed. This word can be defined in itself as the realization of a particular event.

From the point of view of cinematography , action can be defined as a series of acts or events that together make or build the argument that constitutes a work. From the point of view of the arts , action is defined as the position or posture that a person takes or the way in which an object is placed to be painted or portrayed.

This term, as we can see, is quite broad and can be applied in various aspects of life and therefore human activity that is found from the action of a social nature , seen from the point of view of sociology, the actions that are They carry out from the point of view of public policies as well as the actions of a technical nature that are taken in the various technical processes.

When we speak of social action, we refer to those activities that are carried out in order to help other people, who are generally more affected by health and economic problems , among others. There are three types of social action, namely:

• traditional : behavior that is motivated exclusively by ideological principles, norms and customs. It is a response to a stimulus that occurs almost automatically, without reason being used to make decisions;
• affective – an irrational action that is motivated by an emotion, be it love, hate, or another feeling;
• rational : according to values, motivated by a rational purpose. However, this action is subject to the norms or customs of the subject who performs it.

Examples of action

1. In finance: from the point of view of economists and finance, a share is a part that forms a set of shares that make up the capital of a company and is representative of the value of each of the shares that make it up. Each of the creditors of said shares are called shareholders who have certain rights and privileges within the company.
2. In law: this is the right that every person, whether natural or legal, has to access the justice system, to be able to have a court or court where lawsuits can be resolved. In this sense, it can be defined as the right to take part or request a correct administration of justice.
3. In physics: it is a scale quantity that allows measurements to be made as a result of the energy used during a certain period of time in a process. It is one of the basic concepts of physics and has wide application in classical mechanics, relativistic mechanics and quantum mechanics.
4. Grace: it is a holiday through which people express their gratitude to God with a family dinner. Its origin is American and in Canada it is also celebrated.
5. Poetics: an anomalous literary mural is known in which poetic or optimistic verses or phrases are colored on the city walls. It was caused in Mexico in 1996 by the skill of Armando Alanis Pulido.
