Examples of Exact Sciences
The exact sciences are also known as pure sciences or hard sciences, and are those disciplines in which methods based on observation and experimentation are applied and that aim to generate verifiable knowledge through mathematical models.
All this information must have a structure raised from the mathematical language to be considered verifiable, hence the main characteristic of this type of science is the accuracy and precision of the information it exposes. They are rigorous in every sense and as in all sciences, the scientific method is used to define and / or verify formulated hypotheses.
It is important to emphasize that the exact sciences study the phenomena of nature and life in general. Some experts and scholars of the subject question the term “exact” in these sciences.
